LockIn Labs exists because we believe the current venture infrastructure is built for a previous epoch. The cycle of “raise → hire → burn → pivot” is being replaced by a new paradigm: small, elite teams deploying AI-native systems at a speed and scale that was previously impossible. We are the infrastructure for that new paradigm.

We strongly favor builders who own their stack, understand their infrastructure at the syscall level, and don't rely entirely on black-box wrappers. Build the hard things. Own the hard things. Differentiate at the infrastructure layer.
